Our managing member, Michael Lilley, is a certified public accountant with 30+ years of experience in the public & private sectors. He began his career in industry working for Fortune 500 companies, including United Technologies, Texas Instruments & EMC (initially in engineering, then converting to finance & accounting), before transitioning to private practice and starting his accounting practice, M.D. Lilley, CPA in 2006. In parallel, Mike spent 13 years as a business & technology consultant, managing information technology, process improvement, and compliance initiatives in the area of finance & accounting. Mike holds degrees in engineering and accounting, as well as an MBA, from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and Bryant University. He is a licensed CPA in Massachusetts & Pennsylvania and holds multiple professional designations.
